Palm Grove Hotel is a proposed rebranding and façade upgrade of an existing mid-rise hotel building in Manila. The new concept draws inspiration from contemporary resort sensibilities—light, clean, and approachable—while remaining sensitive to the hotel’s existing structural form.

The updated scheme introduces soft horizontal bands, sleek aluminum railing systems, and an accent vertical spine that reinforces the building’s rhythm and verticality. The podium is redefined with a more prominent canopy, clear signage, and a pedestrian-friendly frontage to enhance curb appeal and guest arrival experience.
